The ECNL Futures Program is a way for more of our female players to be introduced to the competitive environment of the ECNL through the ECNL Regional Leagues. The ECNL Futures will be comprised of 13U-19U teams with a team from the North and a team from the South in each age group. This program requires a high level of commitment as players will compete on a regional as well as possible national level.
Throughout their 10 month season, players will have 4 training sessions per week with weekly sports performance sessions included. Players will be coached by officially licensed staff with the addition of video and player performance analysis. Teams will compete in the ECNL Regional Leagues with top-performing teams earning the right to compete in the Open Cup Division of the ECNL Playoffs in June for the 15U, 16U, and 17U age groups. This event will pit them against other ECNL Regional League teams as well as other ECNL teams. The program also includes access to athletic trainers as well as offseason training.
