League Location Dues
All refund requests must be made in writing to Chad Metzler at email@example.com. Refunds minus a $20 administrative fee can be issued up to a week before the start of the season for any reason. Refunds for medical reasons will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of a COVID-related cancelation of the season, a prorated refund minus a $20 administrative fee will be issued to all players. We reserve the right to extend the season until May 31 in the event of a COVID-related postponement. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancelations or reschedules, although we will do our best to get every training session and match in during the season.
In the event you would like to be considered for financial assistance, the application may be completed online.
Players are required to have a BLUE and a WHITE Independence jersey, black shorts, and socks(Adidas preferred). This purchase is completely separate from your program dues to allow returning players the opportunity to register without added expense.

Jerseys may also be purchased at the Independence offices, based upon inventory
