Pro Academy -> Caden Hoyle (08 Pro Academy)

“Caden has displayed the 5 C's throughout the season and we are proud he wears the colors of CISC" - Shane Carew

ECNL Girls -> Zoe Sellers (06 Girls ECNL

“Zoe has had a fantastic month for our 06 Girls ECNL Team.  She showed great leadership and character handling a move to the center back position at a time when our team needed it most.  Zoe has shined as a player with great ability, character, and leadership during this time and continues to impress me each day in training and games” – Neil Roberts

ECNL Boys -> Ryan Kauffman (07 ECNL Boys)

"Ryan has grown into an excellent young man this season. He has been given a tall task to become the leading goalkeeper for the 07 ECNL Boys program. His attitude, coach ability, passion, and leadership makes him an excellent nominee for this award. Well done Ryan!." – ECNL Boys Goalkeeping Coach, Blake Ellis

ECNL RL Girls ->Jessie Howison (05 ECNL RL South)

"Jessie is one of the hardest working and toughest players I have ever coached. She consistently plays against midfielders who are nearly twice her size, but she never backs down and almost always out-competes them for tackles and challenges. She was instrumental in the middle of midfield for the ECRL 05s this season, helping them to their best-ever league standing and a 3-0 record at the NCFC Showcase. I am proud to have coached Jessie for the last 3 seasons. She is an excellent example to her teammates of what you can achieve with hard work, tenacity, and passion!” - Kalla Stark

ECNL RL Boys -> Luke Mantel (06 ECNL RL South)

"The 2006 group have started the season in great form winning 8 out of 11 games and only losing 1 game in that time frame. This has been a big step forward from the previous season, with the addition of new players to the group and strong transformation in the mentality of the players. There are several players whose name could be selected but Luke Mantel has been a prime example of how the team's work rate, determination, and character has helped in taking this team into a positive start to the season. Luke has driven the winning mentality in the group by being a vocal leader in the group, and has also led by example in every practice and game in his efforts to maintain the intensity of our play, both in and out of possession, and being brave enough to continuously demand the ball and move into pockets to receive the pass. Every player in this group has taken a positive step forward this season and Luke is a prime example of this as we see his progression since the beginning of the 2020/21 season." - ECNL RL South Director, Tom McEnery

Pre-ECNL -> Zoe Beamer (2011 North Pre-ECNL)

"Zoe is a warrior! She has worked so hard this year to improve and brings that effort and attitude to every training session and game. She came into the Fall with a determination to be better carried over from a summer of working on her own in her back yard and it showed. She has been a leader for her team with her hard work and is always encouraging others. She is willing to play anywhere, do anything, whenever to help her team be successful. She is a pleasure to coach and an asset to the Pre ECNL program." – Director of Pre-ECNL, Emily McMillan

Pre-Academy -> Ollie Dissenger (2010 CISC Pre-Academy North)

“Ollie is a great teammate who builds a community-type atmosphere within the training environment. He pushes his teammates to reach their goals." – Ty Haddock

Competitive -> Kevin Morris (2005 North Blue Boys)

"Kevin is a great example of what hard work can do to improve overall as a player. Kevin has worked tirelessly during the off-season to improve his technical side of the game and it has really shown off. He is always a competitive player that really pushes other players to care as much as he does for the team's success. " – Nick Fusco

Competitive -> Gigi Malcolm (06 North Meck Blue Girls)

"She embodies the 5 C's and she works hard at training day in and day out. She brings the midfield together and leads by example." – Rhem Stubbs

Youth Academy -> Maddie Eaton (2012 Girls YC Youth Academy)

"Maddie shows a huge amount of passion for soccer. She always gives everything at practice and in games. She is a great teammate and is a very coachable player. We are all excited to see how she continues to progress at the club" – Jay Lockhart

Recreation -> Emilia Lydeka (U10G NM Loons)

"She shows great character at practice and during the games by being a team player and a natural leader by communicating with the other girls and making sure that they understand what they're doing as well as keeping everybody focused at practice. For commitment, she has passion in her because she's always wanting to play and does her best no matter the position she's playing in. For the community, she's had a positive impact on the team by lifting them up when things don't go our way and making sure her teammates aren't upset when they make mistakes. For competition, she is one of the better players on the team because she understands the concept of teamwork very well and she's technical with the ball and possesses good ability for her age. For communication, she's always eager to answer questions asked by the coach as well as ask them herself. She is a fast learner and has improved a lot throughout the past month"- Thomas Stanwood
