In addition to the professional team, we support our very own USL League Two team, made up of current and former players who are in the midst their collegiate playing careers.     Charlotte Independence Soccer Club structures its membership fees based on the scope and quality of services provided across all levels of play, including access to professional coaching staff, high-quality facilities, comprehensive program alignment, and a clearly defined player development pathway. Our fees are carefully evaluated to reflect the true cost of delivering these best-in-class experiences while remaining as accessible as possible for our families. Any adjustments or fluctuations in membership fees are driven by rising operational costs—both direct and indirect—that impact the club’s ability to maintain its standards and long-term sustainability. With the USYS decision to change to a school-year breakdown for team formation, current U15 players born from August 1 to December 31 will remain a U15 player for the 2026-2027 season. These trapped U15 players will be evaluated with the rising U16-U19 players at these sessions

Our purpose is to develop leadership, accountability, selflessness, humility and character. We challenge our players to respect the game by respecting themselves, the referee, the opponent and the coach. We strive to develop players in an environment that encourages individual expression, as well as responsibility to the team. When we do not have the ball, we should be hard working to win the ball back. When we have the ball, we should be positive, forward thinking & aggressive with the ball. We have a purpose to our play where we increase our chances of scoring through each possession. Our players will pass forwards and run forwards.

 
Our players will be allowed to display their individual soccer personalities and to express themselves as we learn to play for fun, for the love of the game and with the competitive nature that comes from rigorous competition on the soccer field.
