Since joining Independence in June 2023, Barroqueiro has made a lasting impact on the club through his leadership, passion for the game, and commitment to developing young athletes. His dedication to players, families, coaches, and staff has helped strengthen the club both on and off the field. Throughout his time at Independence, Barroqueiro played a key role in supporting the club's player pathway, mentoring coaches, and helping provide a positive experience for players as they progressed through the club.
