HAPPENING NOW

What we have going on right now!

FEBRUARY 2026

  • SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

Give your child the tools to excel on the field with our Speed and Agility Clinics for birth years 2018-2011! Each session is built to improve strength, speed, coordination, and balance, while also teaching proper movement to build injury-resistance relative to each age group’s needs. Players will work through dynamic warm-ups, body-weight strength and core stability exercises, sprint mechanics, and change-of-direction drills all designed to enhance quickness, balance, and reaction in game situations. By learning how to move efficiently and confidently, players will become faster off the ball, sharper in 1v1 situations, more balanced under pressure, and better able to handle the physical demands of matches. This program goes beyond fitness it builds a strong athletic foundation that supports long-term success in soccer, helping players reach higher levels of performance while staying safe. Flexible registration allows you to save by signing up for 3 sessions at the price of $75 or pay for all 6 sessions at the price of $125! • COLLEGE ID SESSIONS

The Independence Spring College Soccer ID program is designed to expose our players to some of the top colleges in our region over the course of an entire day. Coaches from some of the top colleges in the region will be brought into run training sessions and evaluate our players throughout the morning of the ID session.

Players get the chance to experience top level college soccer training while also getting valuable time in front of coaches during their recruiting process. Once the morning sessions led by the college coaches is finished, players will take part in 11v11 games in front of staff to showcase themselves in game-realistic scenarios. 11v11 games will be recorded to aid in players creating their own highlights and all Independence players will be highlighted through the use of SportsRecruits through rosters handed out to college coaches.

Open to all National, Regional, and State level players as well as to players from outside of the club.
