CISC offers club camps for all ages, levels and positions through the summer, winter and spring months. View offerings below.


Additional training programs are offered to our registered, competitive members in the form of the Player Development Center/PDC (Small group & Functional Training) through the playing year. For goalkeepers who are committed to playing part and full time in the goal, weekly Goalkeeper Training is also part of our competitive program dues.

A repeat-camper favorite, the CISC Shooting and Goalkeeping Camp is tailored for field players aspiring to enhance their shooting and finishing skills, as well as goalkeepers seeking intensive repetitions to refine shot-stopping abilities and gain modern goalkeeping techniques. Open to all levels.

    Ages 8-14



    Participate in two days of weekly training throughout June and July to stay fit and prepared for the fall season. Practice sessions will be tailored to age and skill levels. Summer Training is an excellent opportunity to keep skills sharp during the off-season and to develop new ones.

  • BALL MASTERY

    Ages 7-14



    The first touch is a primary focus in Ball Mastery sessions, with an emphasis on individual skill development to instill confidence on the ball. The exercises and games progress gradually, allowing players to learn and practice skills without pressure initially. Coaches then introduce restrictions on time, space, and competition to simulate performing moves in a game-like environment.

  • GK BREAKFAST CLUB

    Ages 12-19



    Early-morning, high-level training is available for goalkeepers born between 2004 and 2011. Goalkeepers in this program will be instructed to comprehend and execute the modern demands of goalkeeping, including shot-stopping, handling crosses, distribution, and organizing the defense.

CAMP FAQS

  • What time is check in?

    Check-in begins ½ hour before start time on the first day of camp. Players will need to give the Director their name.  Do not need to bring receipts or other check-in information as we will have a roster of campers.

  • What about the heat?

    We encourage all players to bring extra water and sunscreen. Some days are hotter than others, but on those days, we will take more breaks. View Club Heat Guidelines

  • What about other weather conditions?

    In the Carolinas, our weather patterns are always unpredictable. Our inclement weather policy is that the camp will continue unless lightning occurs.  We will be in contact in the morning by email if anything changes. Emails are sent to the email families registered with.

  • Medication

    If your child is on medication and needs help to administer it, please inform a director on site the first morning before camp begins. Please put all necessary instructions in written form and place medication in a plastic zip lock bag with your child’s name on it.

  • Missed Day

    No refunds are given if your child misses a day of camp. Refunds will be considered if a child misses an entire week due to medical reasons with a written note from a doctor.

  • Can I pick up my camper early from camp?

    Yes. Ask for Camp Director when you arrive at the field. They will check out camper. Do not take player without notifying Camp Director.

  • Can my camper bring snacks?

    Yes, players are encouraged to bring snacks for themselves when they take breaks. Gatorade, granola bars and other healthy snacks are encouraged.
