• Responsible for both administrative and on-field duties on a day-to-day basis.

• Carlos has been coaching since 2004 at all levels 
• Holds C license
• Mecklenburg Union Futbol club for 3 years.
• Carolina Rapids Soccer Club 2 years. NPL and 1st division teams
• Won Kepner Cup 3 years back to back with 05 girls
• Nationals finalists with 05 girls

PLAYING CREDENTIALS

• Played in college and at 2nd pro level in South America
